PROBLEM:
When I print, the printout doesn't give me what I wanted to print, just a part of the screen like the menu or the banner.
SOLUTION:
Assuming your system is set up correctly and you can print from other applications successfully, printing from a framed web page requires one extra action: You must click into the frame you wish to print before you use the print command.
PROBLEM:
The page I want to print is in a light type font on a dark background. I can't read the printout when I tell the computer not to print the background.
SOLUTION:
If you do not want to print the background, you can open a wordprocessing document (such as Notepad), then cut the text from the web page (drag the cursor over the text, right click and select Copy) and paste it into the wordprocessing document (right click, then select Paste). You can now print the information just as you would any other wordprocessing document.
